'Following a disappointing half marathon last year. I contacted Matt to help me improve my times. Matt writes me a weekly plan that not only works around my busy work schedule but also ensures I consistently get in 3 runs a week which combine lots of different types of run to keep things interesting. It’s not just the plan though...Matt’s advise and support (and willingness to answer any query or question however daft you might think it is) has helped me take my half marathon time from 2.24 to 2.05 as well as 10k from 1.05 to 57.55.
